Freeware Programs   As we work with our client webmasters the need to additional software occasionally arises.  Of course, since we advertise our program as being cost saving and easy to work with we have spent a lot of time searching out and testing various free-ware programs to recommend to our clients.  Here's a few that we use and suggest:         * Cute PDF Writer - This PDF writer is very easy to use with a one-step conversion application that functions as a printer. Once installed, pressing Print and selecting CutePDF Writer as a printer choice allows you to save the newly-made PDF anywhere in your file system.  This is a great tool for converting forms, newsletters and documents that you don’t want anyone to change as they could in Word. Download Cute PDF Writer     * Image Resizer - PIXresizer is a tool for easily generating internet friendly versions of your images with reduced file sizes. This photo resizing tool enables you to quickly resize one image file or a batch of image files for use on the web and in e-mail. The reduced files are saved in a different directory, leaving your original photos unchanged.  You can also change the formatting of the photos if needed. Download PIXresizer     * SendThisFile® - SendThisFile allows you to easily send and receive large files to and from anyone, anywhere.  It’s easy to use and saves lots of time by not jamming your email while large files are sent and received.  First, register for your free account, and sign in.  Enter the recipient's email address, select a file from your computer, and click the SendThisFile button.  An email is generated and sent as a link to the recipient of the file and they have 3 days to retrieve it.  www.sendthisfile.com   We're always searching for more tools and utilities to share with our clients through www.cnet.com, as they are a trusted source that tests their downloads for malware and spam.
